Sir/ Ma’am, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the Christmas stocking you sent on behalf of Operation Shoebox. I can’t tell you how special it was to receive such a thoughtful gift while deployed. Your support and consideration make putting on my uniform and serving my country worthwhile. I want to send a special thanks to Helen and Ray Pelleties, (please forgive me if the name is spelled wrong I tried my best to read the handwriting in the card) I would just like to pass on the words of “You’re Welcome!” It is a great honor to serve this country on behalf of all Americans. I would also like to pass on a “Thank you” for your kind words and special gifts. May God also be with you and your family and bring you lots of joy and love.
